Discover Bumba

At Bumba, we believe that fitness should be fun, and what better way to achieve that than through dance? Our open and inclusive environment welcomes dancers of all levels, whether you're a seasoned pro or total beginner. The Bumba vibe is contagious - creating an atmosphere that encourages self-expression, positivity, and wellness.

Uplift Your Spirit

Prepare to elevate your mood as you move to a mix of energising and grounding music. Bumba is specifically designed to lift your spirit and leave you feeling rejuvenated. The carefully curated playlists are a mix of global rhythms and infectious tunes that will have you smiling and sweating in equal measure.

Accessible to All

One of the core values of Bumba is accessibility. As a neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ person, I understand that everyone's fitness journey is utterly unique. That is why I’ve created a class that accommodates an array of fitness levels and abilities for all.

Bumba provides a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, embracing diversity and individuality, no mater your age, gender expression or mobility level, you are 100% free to be you!

This is not just a workout; this is adaptive movement where everyone is welcome and celebrated for who they are.

Join us for one of our Bumba classes and experience the open, friendly, non-judgemental vibe that sets us apart. You’re amazing as you are, but if you’ve decided you’d like to become a healthier, happier you, check out our class schedule and let's start your wellness journey together.

Why Bumba?

As a teacher of dancing for the past 20 years, I have had experience in a host of styles – from African and Latin American rhythms to Ballet and Contemporary dance, as well as an array of strength and stretch approaches. I have enjoyed and benefited from all of the principles I have learnt along the way. Having taught many popular fitness classes, there was always something missing for me – that is why I decided to create Bumba, to combine my love of dance with the grounding of stretch and meditation. These practices have been so useful to me – bringing me joy, peace and clarity. I am really excited to share the experience with you!
