Back by Popular Demand: Step into the Spotlight with Our 'Chicago' Dance Workshop
After the success of our first 'Chicago'-inspired workshop, we’re bringing the razzle dazzle back – and this time, it's bigger, bolder, and even more fabulous.
If you love a bit of drama, sass, and old-school showbiz glamour, this is the workshop for you.
A Quick Look at 'Chicago'
Set in the roaring 1920s, Chicago: The Musical tells a story of fame, scandal, corruption, and jazz, all wrapped up in biting satire and unforgettable choreography. The plot follows Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly, two vaudeville performers who find themselves in jail for murder. As they fight for their freedom and fame, the musical cleverly explores themes of media sensationalism, justice, and celebrity culture.
A Style Like No Other
Originally choreographed by the legendary Bob Fosse, Chicago brought his signature style to the forefront—think sharp, stylised movement, deep isolations, seductive walks, and those instantly recognisable jazz hands. The dance in Chicago is just as much about attitude and storytelling as it is about technique. Fosse's influence made Chicago more than just a musical; it became a blueprint for theatrical jazz and stylised performance.
